Terms of Service

Last updated 19 September 2026

These terms govern your use of AI Accountant (the ”service”), operated by Rindans Technology. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.

1. Your account

The person who registers a business becomes its owner and is responsible for everything done under that account. The owner creates the other users and decides what each of them may see and do. Keep your password private; tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must give accurate details when you register, and keep your email address and mobile number up to date so that we can reach you about approvals, alerts and billing.

2. Your data belongs to you

Everything you enter — customers, invoices, stock, expenses and accounts — remains yours. We store and process it only to provide the service to you. You may export your data at any time while your subscription is active.

3. Subscription and payment

4. Trial and demo access

Demo access lets you look around the service before choosing a plan. It is limited in both time and AI usage. When it ends, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, but you cannot add or change anything until you choose a plan.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to reach another business’s information. Do not resell access or attempt to copy, decompile or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will explain why.

6. The AI features

The assistant answers questions and reads documents using your own business data, and only the parts a given user is permitted to see. It is a tool to help you work faster, not a substitute for professional advice. Before anything is recorded in your books, the assistant shows you what it proposes and waits for your confirmation. Always review figures that matter before relying on them.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but occasional maintenance is necessary and will be announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by the channels stated in your plan.

8. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement if fees remain unpaid or if these terms are seriously breached. After an account is closed, your data is kept for a limited period so that you can retrieve it, and is then permanently deleted. The retention period is stated in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit or for indirect loss.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in the application and by email before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the support address shown in your account.
